Zap, the digital design and marketing agency, has rolled out a new integrated payments solution, “Zap Cashier,” designed to simplify transactions for users and merchants alike.

Backed by TrueLayer—Europe’s top Pay by Bank provider—and DNA Payments, a major player in card payments, Zap Cashier delivers a fast, frictionless payment experience fully embedded into the Zap platform. Already, over 25% of Zap’s client base has adopted the new service.

The product launch answers growing demand from gaming platforms and online businesses for faster, more efficient payment flows. Zap Cashier offers users an end-to-end, in-platform payment journey, eliminating the need for manual transfers and delays.

For merchants, the benefits are just as impactful—reduced operational overhead, less admin, and quicker processing, all supported by Zap’s streamlined interface and reporting tools. Customer service is also set to improve with tighter platform integration.

Early adopters like Capital Competitions report positive results. Director Jamie Jackson shared, “The new flow is clear, easy to use, and we’ve seen better acceptance rates with fewer declines.”

Steven Sefton, Digital Director at Zap, noted, “This marks over a year of work focused on delivering a better user experience. Partnering with TrueLayer and DNA Payments has helped us raise the bar.”

Industry leaders echo the momentum behind Pay by Bank. “Zap’s integration shows the broader shift towards smoother, lower-cost payments,” said Mariko Beising, VP of Partnerships at TrueLayer.

Colin Neil of DNA Payments added, “Unified payments are essential across industries. Our platform, combined with Zap’s innovation, creates an unbeatable experience.”

DNA Payments brings deep eCommerce integration with platforms like BigCommerce and WooCommerce, which played a key role in accelerating Zap’s payment product to market.
