AuditBoard Names Hugo Doetsch as New Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

AuditBoard recently announced the appointment of Hugo Doetsch as its new AuditBoard Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The company provides an AI-powered global platform for connected risk. Doetsch joins the executive team to lead the company’s financial strategy. He will focus on rapid market expansion and operational scale. This move follows AuditBoard surpassing $300 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR).

The new executive brings over twenty years of financial leadership experience. He most recently served as the CFO at symplr. He also held the same title at NetDocuments. At NetDocuments, he was previously named “CFO of the Year” by Utah Business Magazine. Doetsch also held senior roles at Ping Identity. He helped that company through a successful initial public offering in 2019.

This hiring is part of a larger series of leadership updates. Raul Villar Jr. recently joined AuditBoard as the Chief Executive Officer. Other new leaders include Jim Sperduto and Paaras Parker.
