Artajasa and Ant International Form Global Payments and Digital Finance Partnership

Artajasa and Ant International have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to form a strategic Digital Finance Partnership. This collaboration aims to integrate cross-border payments and AI-driven mobile innovations. The agreement will connect Indonesia’s payment infrastructure with a vast global ecosystem. Both companies seek to drive digital transformation for merchants and consumers.

Artajasa serves as Indonesia’s leading payment system infrastructure provider. The firm currently connects over 80,000 ATMs and 98 member institutions. It also manages QRIS services for more than 41 million local merchants. On the other hand, Ant International provides global fintech solutions through its pillars, such as Alipay+ and WorldFirst. This new partnership will specifically concentrate on SME digitalization and secure transaction technology.

Strengthening Global Connectivity

The partnership represents a major milestone for Indonesia’s financial landscape. It will enhance transaction mobility for both residents and international visitors. This effort helps strengthen the global competitiveness of the national payment system. The two organizations expect to accelerate inclusive economic growth throughout 2026.
