Xsolis

Xsolis has shared that Vic Pierni is their new CFO. The Franklin, based technology company utilizes artificial intelligence to facilitate collaboration between healthcare providers and payers. Pierni will be responsible for the company’s financial strategy and long, term operations. He has more than 25 years of experience in scaling high, growth SaaS and software organizations. On a more specific note, Pierni is well known for his work in improving the financial structures of private equity, backed firms. Before that, he was CFO at Uniguest and Loftware. Throughout his career, he has been very successful in handling major acquisitions and debt refinancing. Therefore, his knowledge will be of great help to Xsolis as it takes its AI, powered platform to the rest of the world.

“We are excited to welcome Vic to Xsolis at an important stage in our growth,” said Joan Butters, CEO and Co-Founder of Xsolis. “Vic brings deep experience building scalable finance organizations for complex data-driven technology businesses. That expertise will be critical as we continue expanding our AI platform to support more efficient, transparent, and collaborative healthcare operations.”

The company’s proprietary Dragonfly platform uses predictive analytics to instantly determine medical necessity. This platform greatly reduces administrative waste and improves the efficiency of healthcare delivery. Moreover, Pierni will collaborate with the management team to build long-term and lasting growth. Among his multiple degrees, he holds a CPA and an MBA from Babson College. Since Xsolis is currently enjoying a fast growth rate, the role of Pierni’s leadership is critical to the company’s operational maturity. His first responsibility will be to synchronize the financial growth strategy with the innovation pipeline of products. This hiring marks a significant milestone in the healthcare AI leader’s journey towards 2026.

“After 25 years in SaaS, I’ve learned to recognize when a company has achieved true product-market fit, and Xsolis has clearly crossed that threshold as an AI leader in healthcare,” said Pierni. “I’m joining at an important inflection point, where the focus is on strengthening our financial operations to support continued momentum. My priority will be ensuring our financial strategy enables both continued innovation and our clients’ increasingly sophisticated use of our AI-driven solutions.”
