Trustmark Corporation has named Thomas C. Owens as the Chief Operating Officer of Trustmark Bank, effective May 1, 2026. At same time, Joseph E. Bond will become the Chief Financial Officer of Trustmark Bank. The Treasurer and Principal Financial Officer of Trustmark Corporation. Thomas Owens is the Executive Vice President and CFO of Trustmark Bank, where he has been in the role since 2021. He is responsible for leadership in capital management, financial planning, and interest rate risk. He joined the company in 2013 and has over 30 years of experience in structured asset finance and banking.

Joseph Bond, who has prior experience at Texas Capital Bancshares, BBVA USA, Webster Bank. Huntington Bancshares, has a strong background in asset liability and capital management. Joseph Bond will handle Trustmark’s finance operations and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. These appointments will enhance Trustmark’s leadership position in banking and financial service within it’s regional markets.
