Grace Capital Management was founded in 2004 by George Duff and currently manages approximately $110 million of assets. It will also benefit from Concorde’s compliance, recruitment and due diligence capabilities.
Advisor Resources Backs Growth Partnership
George Duff welcomed the partnership, adding Concorde’s approach was advisor-centric. The firm’s reputation for technology, compliance support and due diligence played a role in the decision, he said. Therefore, Grace Capital Management is looking to grow its Delaware statutory trust business while maintaining its personalized level of service to clients.
“Concorde’s reputation for providing exceptional advisor support, advanced technology and a robust due diligence platform made it the ideal fit for our firm,” said Duff. “We are excited to partner with Concorde and leverage the firm’s resources to expand our Delaware statutory trust business while continuing to provide the personalized service our clients expect.”
In 1996, Duff co-founded the firm of Duff & Boynton, and built a diverse client base. His clients included professional athletes, business owners and the wealthy. Earlier, he rose through leadership ranks at A.G. Edwards & Sons. Eventually he was vice-president of investments.
Duff holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He also received a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from the same university. He is also a guest lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin and Austin Community College. His ongoing interest in education and professional development is also demonstrated by his service on the Texas Exes Finance and Scholarship Committees.
