Founders Financial is expanding AI adoption through a partnership with Zocks, bringing AI-powered automation to its financial services technology stack. The rollout makes Zocks available to all Founders’ Member Partners nationwide through the TRU Enterprise OS platform.
Partnership with Zocks, a financial AI platform that protects users’ privacy, was recently made public by Founders Financial Securities, LLC. The company is one of the largest privately-owned independent broker-dealers and RIA firms in the country.
As a result of such cooperation, Founders is helping Member Partners implement the use of AI in their everyday activities. At the same time, Founders offers some recommendations concerning its implementation and adoption. As a result, advisors can dedicate less time to bureaucracy and focus on their clients.
AI Streamlines Financial Advisor Workflows
Zocks automates several time-consuming processes, including meeting notes, manual data entry, and client onboarding. Moreover, its integrations connect client conversation details with existing financial technology systems.
Data from the conversations held by clients is gathered, converted to structured data, and then synchronized with the compatible applications. These include Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce, Orion, and PreciseFP. Moreover, Zocks supports over 370 fields on eMoney.
Further, the software gathers information from systems that are linked to the network. This means that advisors get complete information about their clients prior to the meeting. After each discussion, Zocks provides notes, emails, and forms containing necessary information for the advisors to refer to.
These capabilities help financial advisors conduct informed client conversations and deliver financial plans more efficiently. They also simplify onboarding and support relationship growth.
On the other hand, Founders’ management is able to analyze aggregated operational trends. Such information will assist the company to provide better assistance to the Member Partners.
Leaders Highlight AI’s Role in Client Relationships
Brad Shepherd, CEO of Founders Financial, said the partnership supports the company’s commitment to client relationships.
“We selected Zocks because it gives our Member Partners more time to do what they’re called to do: care for and serve their relationships,” said Brad Shepherd, CEO of Founders Financial. “Zocks has lived up to its promises from the beginning, with a deep understanding of our needs, a robust platform, and a collaborative training and communication strategy that empowers our Member Partners to capture important data seamlessly so that they can stay focused on the care and impact they deliver. The partnership reflects our commitment to use AI to enhance our Member Partners’ ability to increase their ability to care and grow.”
He added that Zocks delivers a robust platform and collaborative training approach. These resources help Member Partners capture important information while focusing on client care and business growth.
Drew DiMarino, Chief Revenue Officer of Zocks, highlighted Founders’ proactive approach to AI adoption.
“Founders recognized early that AI was going to change what clients expect from their advisors, and it chose to equip its entire network now instead of taking a wait-and-see approach,” said Drew DiMarino, Chief Revenue Officer of Zocks. “We’re proud to work with a firm that is setting the standard for how wealth management firms adopt and scale AI.”
He also expressed pride in supporting Founders as it establishes a model for adopting and scaling AI across wealth management.
