Agiloft, a global leader in data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM), has named legal operations expert Navin Mahavijiyan as its new Marketing Director of Customer Community. With over 20 years of experience driving legal tech transformation and CLM innovation, Mahavijiyan will lead efforts to deepen Agiloft’s engagement with legal professionals as the company scales its AI-powered CLM platform.
Renowned in the legal ops sphere, Mahavijiyan has executed more than 100 legal transformation initiatives. His background spans in-house counsel roles, legal operations, and senior leadership positions at companies including Black Paladin Solutions, ModMed, Evisort, Integreon, and Thomson Reuters. He also served at PETRONAS, negotiating complex, cross-border contracts.
Mahavijiyan’s appointment comes as Agiloft advances its “AI on the Inside™” strategy, following its acquisition of Screens. The company now offers the industry’s only no-code, data-first CLM platform with fully integrated, configurable AI throughout the contract lifecycle. Features include AI-driven contract review, intelligent redlining, generative AI search, and automated workflows.
