CAE Names Ryan McLeod as New Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

CAE Inc. recently announced the appointment of Ryan McLeod as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role becomes effective on February 23, 2026. McLeod will lead the global finance organization from the Montreal headquarters. He will play a key role in driving strategic growth. His focus will also include operational excellence across all segments. The company conducted a comprehensive search to find the right leader.

McLeod brings extensive experience to the table for this position. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of ATS Corporation since 2020. During his 18 years there, he helped double company revenues. He also led 18 strategic acquisitions in North America and Europe. This proven track record makes him ideal for CAE’s future. He will work with interim lead Constantino Malatesta for a smooth transition.

This appointment strengthens the leadership team during a time of growth. McLeod also expressed great excitement about moving his family to Montreal.
