Kinective Ranks in Top 20% of Inc. 5000 List

Kinective

Kinective has secured a position in the top 20% of the Inc. 5000 list. The ranking recognizes the fastest-growing private companies in the United States. Kinective placed 766th on this year’s prestigious list.

The company has recorded significant revenue growth since 2022. Organic expansion and strategic acquisitions have supported that growth. Today, Kinective provides technology to more than 4,300 banks and credit unions. The company also serves nearly half of all U.S. financial institutions. In addition, Kinective maintains a 98% client retention rate.

The company continues to expand its role in intelligent banking. Its Banking Platform supports operations across multiple departments. It also connects different technologies within financial institutions.

Kinective Expands Intelligent Banking Capabilities

The Kinective Banking Platform combines banking automation, digital workflows and data intelligence. Its technology automates document processes that support everyday transactions. It also helps financial institutions modernize branch experiences.

Furthermore, the platform delivers AI-powered insights for banking teams. These insights can strengthen customer relationships and support greater share of wallet. Kinective currently integrates with more than 40 core banking systems. It also connects with more than 100 fintech and hardware solutions.

These integrations allow information to move across previously disconnected systems. As a result, banks and credit unions can improve operational visibility.

“Three years ago, we set out to build a platform that didn’t exist for community banks and credit unions: one that modernizes operations, connects the enterprise and activates data,” said Stephen Baker, CEO of Kinective. “Today, that platform incorporates a sophisticated yet secure AI layer woven into the architecture that unlocks capabilities our clients and the market have never had available before. Our top 20% ranking on the Inc. 5000, alongside a 98% client retention rate, represent meaningful milestones as we continue to lead the industry into this new AI-driven era of intelligent banking.”

Strategic Acquisitions Strengthen Banking Technology

Kinective completed several strategic acquisitions during the past two years. Each acquisition supports the company’s broader intelligent banking strategy. Together, these businesses strengthen infrastructure, connectivity and intelligence across the platform.

Modernizing Banking Operations

Nexus Software joined Kinective in July 2024. ESQ Data Solutions followed in August 2025. Compuflex joined the company in November 2025. These acquisitions expanded eSignature, cash automation and ATM management capabilities. They also strengthened branch device integrations. Financial institutions can gain greater visibility across their cash ecosystems.

The combined platform now monitors more than 1 million cash devices worldwide. Chelsea State Bank (CSB) in Chelsea, Michigan, uses Kinective’s Cash Automation solution. The technology eliminated costly dual-entry processes at the institution. It also allowed employees to spend more time on advisory conversations.

“We were impressed by how quickly we could see the benefits of the system,” said Bill Bacon, VP and director of retail banking and cash management solutions at CSB. “The integration with our Jack Henry Silverlake platform was seamless. Kinective delivered on that promise from day one, and we felt comfortable with their approach early in the process. The entire situation gave us confidence for future technology rollouts.”

Kinective also acquired Epic River in May 2025. The acquisition expanded its eSignature workflow capabilities. It also added digital notary services to the platform. At Hughes Federal Credit Union in Tucson, Arizona, the technology produced measurable results. Integrated eSignatures and document workflow automation reduced loan processing time. The process dropped from three weeks to only two hours. The credit union also saved more than $100,000 each year.

Connecting Financial Institutions Through APIs

Kinective acquired Janusea in July 2025. The acquisition strengthened the company’s API integration layer. It also made it easier for financial institutions to connect new technologies. Kinective’s Gateway platform provides turnkey API integration capabilities. The platform simplifies core banking integrations for fintech companies.

PayNearMe uses Gateway to reduce the complexity of individual API development. The platform also supports secure and comprehensive connectivity.

“Through our partnership with Kinective Gateway, we’ve accelerated our ability to bring Payment Experience Management to thousands of financial institutions,” said Bruce Gaskill, senior director of integration partnerships at PayNearMe. “With PayXM now easily integrated into core banking systems, financial institutions can transform every touchpoint in the payment journey to reduce operational overhead and deliver a modern, member-first experience.”

The collaboration underscores the growing importance of API connectivity in banking technology. Financial institutions need connected systems more and more. They also require secure integrations to power digital banking experiences.

AI and Banking Intelligence: From Data to Decisions

Kinective also added to its data capabilities via further acquisitions. Datava came to the company in April 2025. The acquisition strengthened AI-powered data activation and predictive analytics. Datava also contributed modeling skills to Kinective’s technology strategy. The capabilities help deliver actionable intelligence at the time it is needed by institutions.

In March 2026, Kinective acquired OrboGraph. The acquisition brought with it AI-based detection of check fraud. The technology recognizes accurately 99% +. It also detects fraud in over 95% of cases. These acquisitions allow Kinective to enable data across financial institutions. They also take fragmented information and turn it into actionable intelligence.

The technology also enhances fraud detection capabilities for banks and credit unions. This is in line with growing industry focus on AI in banking and financial security.

Kinective Recognized In Banking Technology

Kinective’s recent growth has also caught the attention of the banking technology industry. It has been shortlisted for two 2026 Banking Tech Awards. Stephen Baker was a finalist for the Visionary CEO position. Kinective Data Intelligence also received a ‘Highly Commended’ accolade. The solution was recognized in the Best AI Solution category by more than 30 judges. This category is about Data Insights and Knowledge Management.

The recognition builds on Kinective’s momentum in smart banking. That also points to the company’s broader focus on AI-driven fintech.

Kinective readying for Kinections26

Kinections26, Kinective’s second annual user conference, is scheduled for Nov. 15-17. The event will be held at The Omni Nashville Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. The company will roll out the next generation of its intelligent banking platform. The new platform will add an embedded layer of intelligence.

Kinective was designed to address everyday problems banks and credit unions face. The platform will continue to combine banking automation, connectivity and data intelligence. The Inc. 5000 ranking is yet another milestone in Kinective’s expansion. Its acquisitions have expanded the company’s technology capabilities. But its platform continues to link critical banking systems.

The expansion of Kinective also indicates a rising interest in modern banking technology. Financial institutions want automation, secure connectivity and actionable data. AI-driven banking solutions are gaining more and more importance across the industry. Kinective is gearing its technology for the next phase of intelligent banking with continued platform development and strategic expansion.
