transfer agency relationship

SS&C Technologies has expanded its transfer agency relationship with Allspring Global Investments. This extension focuses on providing investor servicing to Allspring’s Institutional Liquidity business. The specific division manages $228 billion across five different money market funds. Allspring already utilizes several solutions from the global software provider. These include digital investor servicing and various automation tools.

The new agreement includes support for regulatory compliance with Blue Sky state securities laws. The distribution of the Institutional Liquidity portfolio will also be managed by SS&C. This is part of efforts to simplify complex business processes for the company. The Partnership will also improve regulatory supervision and interaction with investors. The two companies deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions. They both value efficiency in the asset management sector.

Enhancing Global Investor Servicing Solutions

This collaboration allows Allspring to leverage advanced technology for its customers. SS&C brings extensive expertise in managing large-scale financial data. The firm serves over 23,000 organizations globally within the healthcare and financial sectors. Allspring operates as an independent asset management firm with $628 billion in assets. They maintain 19 offices and employ over 375 investment professionals worldwide.

“We are pleased to continue growing our valued relationship with Allspring,” said Nicole Greene, Head of SS&C GIDS U.S. “Our goal is to enable our clients to seamlessly engage with investors while optimizing operations with the latest technology and service expertise across their entire business. We look forward to working with Allspring as they elevate services and options for their Institutional Liquidity customers.”
