The move enhances UiPath’s agentic AI offerings for financial services and banking sectors. WorkFusion brings a broad library of pre-built AI agents that automate major compliance duties. These agents handle customer screening and investigation functions that banks typically manage manually. By combining WorkFusion’s agents with its automation platform, UiPath helps financial firms cut compliance costs. This integration also improves efficiency while retaining governance, security and regulatory control.

The acquisition was completed in UiPath’s first fiscal quarter of 2027. UiPath did not publicly share the financial terms of the deal.
