Voya Financial is expanding its third-party administrator (“TPA”) onboarding process via a new application programming interface (“API”) integration with SinglepointAI. The initiative combines AI-powered technology and secure data connectivity to simplify onboarding processes for Voya Financial. Voya Financial also aims to provide a faster, more accurate and connected experience for retirement plan administration.
As part of the new integration, TPAs working with SinglepointAI will be able to push retirement plan provision data directly into Voya’s onboarding platform via an API connection. This allows organizations to eliminate manual data entry, while increasing speed and operational efficiency. Furthermore, the digital workflow allows for a more fluid onboarding experience right from the beginning.
“TPAs using SinglepointAI will be able to leverage the API connection to digitally transfer plan provision data directly into Voya’s onboarding system, enabling a fast, connected and data-driven experience,” said Amy Vaillancourt, president, Retirement at Voya Financial. “This integration reflects our continued investment in modern, scalable platforms that simplify complex processes and accelerate how retirement plans are brought to the market. We anticipate further expanding our API integrations to continue modernizing how partners exchange information and bring retirement plans to market.”
The API integration connects SinglepointAI directly with Voya’s digital onboarding platform. Consequently, TPAs gain a more connected and efficient onboarding process. The solution also supports secure data movement between both platforms. Furthermore, it helps reduce manual tasks, improves data accuracy, and strengthens operational consistency across retirement plan onboarding.
AI Integration Strengthens Retirement Plan Administration
The latest collaboration reflects Voya Financial’s broader strategy to expand digital transformation across its retirement business. The company continues investing in AI-driven technology, automation, and scalable platforms that improve operational performance while enhancing client experiences.
“Voya is focused on building modern, scalable technology that makes it easier for our partners to connect with us and deliver better experiences for their clients,” said Santhosh Keshavan, chief technology & operations officer, Voya Financial. “We take a disciplined, enterprise-wide approach to technology — embedding AI, data and automation into our platforms to drive smarter decision-making and operational efficiency.”
The integration supports secure information exchange between retirement service providers and TPAs. Therefore, partners can process retirement plans more efficiently while minimizing administrative complexity. In addition, automated data connectivity allows organizations to exchange information with greater speed and reliability.
Partnership Delivers Connected Digital Experience for TPAs
SinglepointAI believes the collaboration represents a significant advancement for retirement plan technology. The integration enables retirement data to move efficiently between connected systems while supporting better outcomes for plan sponsors and administrators alike.
“This integration sets a new standard for how data moves across the retirement ecosystem,” said Tom Loch, CEO & Co-Founder, SinglepointAI. “By connecting SinglepointAI directly with Voya’s platform, we’re enabling the data to move efficiently, accurately and securely between systems and delivering a more connected onboarding experience for TPAs — and better outcomes for plan sponsors. This is just the beginning.”
The collaboration highlights the growing adoption of artificial intelligence, API connectivity, and automation across the financial services sector. As retirement providers continue modernizing digital infrastructure, connected platforms increasingly support faster onboarding, improved data quality, and stronger operational efficiency. Meanwhile, Voya Financial confirmed that SinglepointAI is not affiliated with the Voya® family of companies.
