He was previously the Chief Technology Officer at WillScot. There, he used artificial intelligence to drive operational efficiency. Now, he will lead the IT modernization and cybersecurity efforts at Atleos.

The company focuses on expanding self-service financial access globally. They operate a massive, independently-owned ATM network. Pal’s role involves managing cloud solutions and digital product development. These initiatives are vital for the firm’s long-term growth and service goals. Furthermore, the organization employs approximately 20,000 people across the world. They recently ranked as a top global workplace in 2025.

Strategic Leadership for Future Innovation

Rohan Pal holds several advanced degrees from prestigious institutions. He earned an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. In addition, he attended Georgia Tech and St. Mary’s University. His work experience includes positions as a leader at ServiceNow, Brinks, and Home Depot. This gives him a rich experience in product transformation. He will now apply this knowledge to the fintech sector.
