Veradigm Names Christian Greyenbuhl as Chief Financial Officer

Veradigm Inc. appointed Christian Greyenbuhl as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The appointment becomes effective after May 11, 2026, or after filing its Annual Report on Form 10-K. The Company will finalize timing after completing filings for fiscal years 2023 and 2024, or as agreed.

Mr. Greyenbuhl brings over 25 years of experience across global public and private companies. He has built a strong track record as a general manager and operator in multiple organizations. He served twice as general manager of businesses at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP). He also led large-scale financial systems transformation initiatives across organizations. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Ministry Brands, LLC, a SaaS-based technology company. He has led all finance operations at Ministry Brands since November 2022.

Experience and Transition Details

Before Ministry Brands, Mr. Greyenbuhl served as SVP Corporate Finance and Investor Relations at Xplor Technologies LLC. Xplor Technologies operates as a global SaaS-based technology company serving diverse industries. Before Xplor Technologies, Mr. Greyenbuhl spent over 10 years at ADP in senior leadership roles. Earlier, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 11 years with public and private clients across industries. He holds Chartered Accountant credentials from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. He is also a Certified Public Accountant, currently inactive, with extensive financial expertise. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accountancy with Business Law from the University of Stirling.

Mr. Greyenbuhl succeeds Lee Westerfield, who served as the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer. Following the appointment, Mr. Westerfield will support the Company in a consulting role. He will help ensure a smooth transition of financial leadership responsibilities.
