Zero Networks named Yossi Dagan as its chief financial officer. The move bolsters Zero Networks as it grows its international business. The company also continues to see robust demand for automated microsegmentation from enterprises. The appointment brings broad financial leadership experience to Zero Networks. Dagan brings 20 years of experience across high growth technology and public companies.
His experience spans financial strategy, fundraising, M&A and IPOs. Most recently, Dagan was CFO of Air Doctor. He has previously held CFO roles at Noname Security, Pomvom, Matricelf and Top Image Systems. Akamai Technology acquired Noname Security. Dagan also guided companies through significant growth periods and IPOs. His experience includes work related to Imperva.
As CFO, Dagan will oversee Zero Networks’ financial strategy and operations. He will support the company as it expands its global operations. In addition, he will help Zero Networks continue investing in product innovation. He will also support the company’s ongoing customer growth initiatives.
“I’m proud to join Zero Networks during such an exciting inflection point,” said Dagan. “The company is redefining how organizations approach network security with automated microsegmentation that makes it dramatically simpler for enterprises to reduce their attack surface and stop lateral movement to ensure and protect uptime. I look forward to partnering with the team to scale the business globally, accelerate growth, and help shape Zero Networks’ next chapter.”
Zero Networks Expands Product and Sales Leadership
Alongside Dagan’s appointment, Zero Networks has expanded its executive and management team. The company added several strategic leaders across product, engineering, and sales. Dror Bereznitzky joins Zero Networks as Vice President of Product Management. He previously served as Chief Product Officer at Lightrun. Before Lightrun, Bereznitzky helped transform JFrog into a unified DevOps platform. He supported its growth to approximately $200 million in ARR. He also contributed to the company’s IPO. His experience covers enterprise software, application security, DevOps, and AI-driven products.
Jason Chaplin joins as Vice President of Sales, East. He brings more than 25 years of cybersecurity and enterprise sales experience. Chaplin previously served as RVP, East at Illumio. He also held senior enterprise sales roles at Netskope, Akamai Technologies, and Check Point Software Technologies. Tony Hadzima joins as Vice President of Sales, EMEA. He brings nearly 30 years of international sales and business leadership experience. His career includes 15 years at Palo Alto Networks. This experience strengthens Zero Networks’ international sales capabilities.
Eyal Levi joins as VP of Engineering. He brings broad experience leading engineering organizations and large-scale technology platforms. Levi previously worked with Amazon, Intel, and Amobee. Before joining Zero Networks, he served as VP of Research & Development at Via.
Leadership Expansion Supports Enterprise Security Demand
Zero Networks CEO and Co-Founder Benny Lakunishok welcomed the expanded leadership team. He highlighted the experience that each new executive brings to the company.
“Yossi brings exceptional financial leadership and a proven track record of helping technology companies navigate periods of rapid growth, global expansion and transformation,” said Benny Lakunishok, CEO and Co-Founder of Zero Networks. “Alongside Dror, Jason and Tony, he strengthens our ability to execute against the significant opportunity ahead.”
Meanwhile, Zero Networks continues to see rising enterprise demand for stronger security architectures. Organizations increasingly need technologies that can contain attackers after an initial compromise. The company’s growth reflects this changing cybersecurity environment. Enterprises are focusing more heavily on limiting lateral movement across their networks.
Zero Networks’ 2026 Lateral Movement Exposure Report shows that 80% of enterprise servers are accessible from anywhere on the network. Such exposure can present serious risks to organizations. These risks include ransomware, operational disruption and AI-driven attacks. Zero Networks tackles these challenges with identity-driven microsegmentation. The method helps organizations to limit lateral movement in their environments.
It can also decrease the possible blast radius if a security breach occurs. This enables enterprises to fortify their network security strategies while minimizing attacker movement. Along with this market demand, Zero Networks is also continuing to build its leadership capabilities. The larger team adds financial, product, engineering and sales expertise. The appointments together position the company to support its global expansion. And they boost its capability for creating products and serving enterprise customers.
As cybersecurity threats keep evolving, organizations are turning to more effective segmentation strategies. So automated microsegmentation continues to be a big deal for enterprise security teams. Zero Networks wants to help fuel this transition with identity-centric security capabilities. The company will keep focusing on network protection, attack surface reduction and lateral movement prevention.
