Payliance Appoints Paula Ley to Lead Growth and Customer Experience
Payliance, a leader in payment processing for lenders and specialized merchants, has appointed Paula Ley as its new President. She will report directly to CEO John Cullen. The appointment aims to strengthen Payliance’s strategic growth plans and improve customer satisfaction across its Payments-as-a-Service platform.

Ley brings more than two decades of executive experience in the financial services and payments industries. Most recently, she served as Head of Global Issuing Solution Sales at Visa. There, she led major sales strategies and client enablement programs.
Before joining Visa, Ley held senior roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. She served as Business Banking Servicing and Operations Executive and later as Managing Director for Consumer Banking. Her expertise includes strategy development, customer experience, and new product launches.

Ley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. She also lectures at the college and serves on the Professional Sales Academy Advisory Board. She is based in Columbus, Ohio.
