Sodexo, a global leader in foodservice solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with HUNGRY, a workplace food-tech platform known for its network of top chefs and local restaurants. This collaboration aims to revamp corporate dining experiences in 19 major cities across the United States and Canada.
Through this alliance, Sodexo will integrate HUNGRY’s culinary talent and restaurant partners into its service model, offering clients a broader range of high-quality, locally inspired meal options. The partnership is already in effect, with rollouts beginning at select corporate accounts.
Brent Bloomberg, Chief Strategy and Development Officer at Sodexo North America, emphasized the impact of the partnership: “By combining our on-site dining expertise with HUNGRY’s chef network and digital platform, we’re delivering a flexible, scalable solution that meets the growing demand for variety in workplaces and campuses.”
HUNGRY’s platform connects Sodexo to over 1,500 food partners, reinforcing Sodexo’s commitment to innovative, nutritious, and customizable dining experiences. The move aligns with Sodexo’s ongoing efforts to collaborate with culinary experts and celebrity chefs to deliver unique foodservice concepts.
David Bailey, CEO of Corporate Services at Sodexo US, noted the evolving expectations of workplace dining: “Employees want access to the food they love — even at work. By incorporating HUNGRY, we’re expanding our offerings and helping our clients meet those expectations.”
Beyond elevating dining experiences, HUNGRY also contributes to local economic development and sustainability through its environmentally conscious practices. This partnership positions Sodexo to better serve the dynamic needs of modern corporate environments.
